受训员工流失风险影响下的培训投资决策

摘    要:为了降低受训员工流失会给企业带来的损失为企业进行培训投资决策提供依据,研究了受训员工流失风险的培训投资决策问题.以企业培训产出最大和培训成本的损失最小为目标,建立企业培训投资决策模型,运用遗传算法对模型进行求解.结果表明由于不同风险偏好员工在培训后的产出额是不同的,有多种培训投资方案可供企业选择;当风险喜好型员工的产出高于厌恶型员工时,最终参加培训的喜好型员工数量比厌恶型员工多.

Training Investment Decision Making Under the Influence of The Trained Staff Turnover

Abstract:The study aims to provide enterprises with the basis for training investment decision-making ,reducing the loss due to trained staff ’s turnover .With the maximum training income and the minimum loss of training cost as the target ,a training investment decision-making model is built .Genetic algorithm is used to solve the model .The results show that ,because employees’ with different risk preferences will workers’ with produce different outpout after training ,there are a variety of training investment schemes for enterprises to choose from .When the risk preferences produce output than those with the risk aversion .More workers with risk preference participate in training than the workers with risk aversion .
