摘    要:研究了Al-15Si-xCu合金高温(400℃)摩擦磨损行为.采用Pandat软件计算了Al-15Si-xCu系合金平衡相图.利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了Al-15Si-xCu系活塞合金不同铜含量下400℃摩擦磨损行为.研究结果表明:活塞合金经T6热处理后,随着Cu含量的增加,摩擦因数逐渐减小,磨损失重量减少,其高温耐磨性能得到明显提高;w(Cu)含量为4.5和5.5时,活塞合金的摩擦磨损性能差异较小,这与合金中高温稳定相(Q相、ε相、θ相)密切相关;w(Cu)含量为2.5和3.5的活塞合金,其磨损机制主要是粘着磨损,而对于w(Cu)含量为4.5和5.5的合金,其磨损机制主要是磨粒磨损.

Effect of Cu on the Friction and Wear Behavior of Al-15Si Alloys at Elevated Temperature

Abstract:In this paper,equilibrium phase diagram of Al-15Si-xCu system piston alloys was calculated using "Pandat" software.The influence of Cu content on the friction and wear behavior of Al-15Si piston alloys at elevated temperature was investigated by using both optical microscopy(OM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Experimental results showed that the abrasive-wear weight and the friction factor in the T6-treated piston alloys were reduced with the increase of Cu content.The friction-wear properties differ slightly in the piston alloys containing 4.5 and 5.5 Cu,which is related to the high thermstability phases,i.e.,Q-phase,ε-phase and θ-phase.For the low Cu content piston alloys,the wear mechanism is adhesive wear,while it is abrasive particle wear for the high Cu content piston alloys.
