铜铝合金的氧化分析

摘    要:研究了铜铝合金内氧化与外氧化的条件,提出了氧化层厚度的动力学模型,研究表明,内氧化过程主要受氧在内氧化层中的扩散系数、氧在金融表面的浓度以及合金溶质含量的影响,外氧化可以通过控制温度和氧分压进行抑制。

Abstract:The complicated procedure and high cost of internal oxidation of aluminum in Cu-Al alloy have severely limited the widespread application of high-quality copper strengthed by nanometer alumina through internal oxidation of aluminum in Cu-Al alloy. We deem that better understanding of dispersion-separation mechanism in internal oxidation of aluminum in Cu-Al alloy can simplify the procedure and lower the cost. Section 2 analyzes the thermodynamics of this internal oxidation and section 3 analyzes its kinetics. Section 4 analyzes in much detail the transition from internal oxidation to external oxidation. This transition point is very important, because if care is taken to be as close as possible to but still below this transition point, the internal oxidation can yield optimum result: nanometer aluminas are very small and everywhere in the copper and the properties, including strength, conductivity, etc are very good.
