摘    要:旋压工艺在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用,但筒形件强力旋压加工过程中,工件经常会出现扩径和尺寸超差等缺陷,由于缺乏理论性指导,生产中不得不用尝试法确定工艺参数。本文用弹塑性有限元法对筒形件强力旋压时工艺参数(减薄率、进给比、旋轮工作角)对金属切向变形的影响规律进行了模拟计算,首次分析了工艺参数对旋压件内径尺寸精度的影响,计算结果与实验结果吻合。该研究对旋压工艺的推广和应用具有重要意义。

Abstract:Tube spinning is being widely applied in industrinl production. But the defects such as changes in dinmeter and exceeding of dhoensional tolerance often appear in tube spinning process. For the lack of guide in theory, process parameters have to be determined in production by triai and error method. In this paper, the innuences of process parameters-reduction in thickness, feed and roller angle-on tangentiai llow of metal were simulated by elasto - plastic finite element method (FEM ) in tube spinning. On the basis of caloulated results, the influences of process parameters on the dimensional precision of inner diameter of spun parts were, to the best of our knowledge, analyzed for the first time. The calculated results are in axreement with the experimental results. We expect our method to have great significance for accelerating the popularization and application of spinning technique.
