知识基综合智能化工艺设计技术研究

摘    要:分析了CAPP的交互式,检索修订式式及创成式等工作模式的特点,从CAPP工程化、系统化的角度出发,提出了综合智能化工艺设计思想,并对其关键技术做了深入研究,提出和发展了面向对象工艺知识处理技术和综合智能化工艺设计机制等技术,还简要介绍了国家863-CIMS目标产品CAPPFramework系统结构和特点。

Abstract:Abstract: Up to now, process planning in P. R. China has not fully exploited the experience and data accumulated by engineers. We are among the small percentage of technical people in China who wish to exploit more and more the accumulated experience and data through designing a development platform for process planning. We discuss the key technologies involved in our development platform in sections 2 and 3. In section 2, we discuss in much detail manufacturing-domain knowledge processing technology and give Tables 1 and 2 for summarizing our discussion. In section 3, we discuss in much detail hybrid decision-making mechanism and give Figs. 3 and 4 for summarizing our discussion. Our development platform has been employed by over ten users with the result that the accumulated experience and data of Chinese engineers has been exploited to a certain extent.
