摘    要:产品概念设计是设计过程中最具创造性的阶段。本分析了产品概念设计过程的特点及其主要研究内容,从概念设计中的功能设计角度出发,提出了基于实例推理的产品概念设计模型结构,采用面向对象技术进行实例的表示,通过基于实例的推理技术获得相似实例,进行相似实例的评价和修改,进而获得概念设计的最优解,对其关键技术进行了研究,在此基础上,开发了一个基于实例推理的产品概念设计原型系统,对系统所提出的模型和算法进行了实例验证。

Abstract:We select CBR technology for establishing conceptual design model for product development because it appears to be able to deal very effectively with the key but difficult job of knowledge acquisition required by an artificial intelligent system. Section 1 discusses the architecture of our CBR conceptual design model for product development as shown in Fig. 1. Section 2 deals with efficiency case retrieval through using Object-Oriented (OO) method to decompose functions of cases. Section 3 shows how to reach the final results of conceptual design by using two mathematical tools: Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Deep First Search (DFS). We use decision-making AHP to index properties of case, each case being a hierarchical structure of many factors as shown in Fig. 2. Then we use DFS to achieve accurate case matching. A prototype of a case-based conceptual design of a fixture developed in section 4 verifies preliminarily the feasibility of our CBR conceptual design method and shows preliminarily that our method provides an optimized procedure for fast and accurate design.
