柔性梁横向振动控制的轴向脉冲力法

摘    要:应用一种新颖的变刚度振动控制原理,提出了采用施加轴向脉冲力,对柔性梁在瞬态振动下的横向振动进行主动控制的方法,并对一根两端铰支梁受瞬态扰动的振动响应控制进行了数值真计算和模型实验。

Transverse Vibration Control of Space Flexible Beam with Axial Impulse Force
Abstract:A novel technique for transverse vibration control of large space flexible beam is proposed. This technique, called Axial Impulse Force Method(AIF), is based on the principle of vibration control by varying stiffness, and is carried out by exerting an axial force on the flexible beam to change its transverse flexural rigidity. If a flexible beam is subjected to an axial compressive force, which is much smaller than the static critical buckling force of the beam, its flexural rigidity will be reduced by the induced negative geometrical stiffness term. When the force is removed, the flexural rigidity of the beam will then be recovered. According to the principle of vibration control by varying stiffness, the transient reduction/recovery of flexural rigidity of the beam can be realized by suddenly exerting/removing an axial compressive force on/off the beam, so that the time history of axial force appears as an impulse force series. The advantage of this method is that no transverse actuator is required but only an axial impulse force is needed instead at the end of the beam. This is very important for vibration control of large space flexible beam and the control energy is very small. Numerical simulations and model experiments of the transient vibration control of a pinended flexible beam demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed technique.
