CIM环境下CAPP的研究与实践

摘    要:通过对我国CIMSMR中的两个集成化CAPP系统──NPURCAP和FA-CAPP进行对比,对基于特征的零件模型、CAD/CAPP/CAM集成、CAPP同其它CIM子系统的集成、工艺决策专家系统、工艺决策方法、工艺知识表示、工艺知识库技术等问题进行了研究,同时,提出了加工元(ME)概念,并把该概念用于零件的工艺性分析,以实现面向制造的设计(DFM)和工艺决策的模型化、算法化.此外,也对工艺过程的动态优化问题进行了初步研究,为并行工程(CE)下的CAPP集成化研究提供基础.

Abstract:In this paper, we report on work done by us as one small part of the fairly big, CIMSERC project, which in 1994 won the ASME "University Award" for Leadership and excellence in the application and development of integrated Manufacturing' Our most improtantcontribution to CAPP (CompUter Aided Process Planning) is the proposal and developmentof the new concept of "machining element (ME)" , applicable to CIM environment. This new"ME" concept is incorporated in the model of decision- making in process planning (Fig. 2) ofa CAPP s3rstem actually in profitable use in another successful CIMS project in a Chinesemanufacturing company. We discuss in considerable detail how to make use of "ME" to relate directly part feature to the capability of manufacturing resource. We believe our discussion furnishes useful information for turning out a signficantly more efficient CAPP softwareand makes it possible for CAPP to serve as a tool for manufacturability analysis of component design needed for implementing DFM (Design For Manufacturing ).
