齿轮—五杆机构的轨迹特性研究

摘    要:采用计算机机构动画仿真的方法,对齿轮五杆机构的轨迹特性进行了研究。分析了该机构双曲柄存在的条件,两连杆铰接点C的轨迹曲线可到达的区域及该轨迹曲线形状随机构结构参数的不同而变化的规律,从而为齿轮五杆机构的轨迹综合提供了重要依据。

ApplicationOriented Study of Characteristies of Loci of Joint of GearFiveBar Linkage
Abstract:The locus of a joint of linkage is of importance in engineering application, such as in food industry. Before the advent of computer, some locus requires too much computation. Even now, complex loci of joint of gearfivebar linkage are not available in the open literature. We used computer simulation to obtain graphic displays of loci of linkage joint. For the joint of gearfivebar linkage, we studied the effect on its motion of the following three factors: (1) the lengths of five links, (2) two initial crank angles and (3) the ratio of gear teeth. Factors (1) and (2) do not influence much the shape of locus, as can be seen from graphic displays as shown in Figs.3, 4 and 5. But the gearteeth ratio influences the shape of locus greatly, as can be seen from graphic displays as shown in Figs.6 and 7. Some graphic displays in Figs.6 and 7 can be described as being quite unexpected. At the end of the paper, we discuss preliminarily the understanding to be gained from the graphic displays we obtained. Such understanding is expected to be useful in industrial applications. Finally, we summarized inequalities (1) and (2) as the requirments to be satisfied for the motion of the gearfivebar linkage to be actually possible.
