| 摘 要： | 支付管理作为轨道交通建设业主的重要业务组成部分,普遍存在流程复杂、周期长、效率低等问题。将现代信息技术运用到支付管理的业务中,探讨了基于网络的轨道交通工程支付管理系统的相关问题,首先分析了系统开发的背景,描述了系统总体功能,在此基础上设计了系统业务流程和总体结构,最后总结了武汉市轨道交通工程支付管理系统的应用现状和下一步完善设想。

| Abstract: | Payment management,as an important part of rail-transit construction,has a complicated process,a long cycle and low efficiency.This paper applied modern information technology to payment management,explores problems in payment management of rail-transit construction based on the internet.Firstly the background of system development and the general function of the system were analyzed.Based on this,the systematic professional process and the overall structure were designed.Finally this paper summarized the application of the payment management system in Wuhan rail-transit project and the plan to improve the system. |
