吸附--陶滤法热轧浊循环水除油试验

摘    要:采用聚酯纤维吸附——陶粒法去除热轧浊循环水中的油,其中水可达到炼钢热轧车间循环用水水质标准,废油可回收。该方法除油效果好,可操作性强,合理可行。同时,基于试验结果,获得相关参数,有利于工程应用,具有一定的实用意义。

Abstract:Hot stripped dirty recycled wastewater is treated with polyester fiber ball adsorption and ceramic filtration so as to satisfy recycled reuse criterion, with which oil can be reused. Its effect is very significant. The method is feasible and possesses good operation. Based on the experiments,technology parameters are acquired, which is beneficial to reuse project and practical.
