离心钢管混凝土结构粘结强度分析

摘    要:根据国内外关于钢-混凝土组合结构粘结性能的试验研究,对钢-混凝土组合结构中,离心钢管混凝土的粘结强度进行了分析和探讨,并基于Tepfers受均匀内压力作用的厚壁圆筒力学模型,提出了一种离心钢管混凝土粘结强度的计算方法,建立了钢管与离心混凝土之间粘结强度的理论分析模式.最后通过具体算例,分析了含钢率、混凝土强度等级与钢管微观偏差等参数对粘结强度的影响,可为离心钢管混凝土结构中钢管-混凝土粘结性能的试验研究及实际设计中粘结强度的计算提供参考和依据.

Abstract:According to the former experimental research on bond-slip performance between steel and concrete in composite structures, the mechanics of the bond between tube and centrifuge concrete in Centrifuge Concrete Filled Steel Tube(CCFT) structures are analyzed, based on which bond strength between tube and centrifuge concrete in CCFT structures is theoretically derived. A calculation model of bond strength and ultimate load of bond fracture are established by using the Tepfers mechanical model of thick-wall cylinder subjected to the internal pressure. Examples are provided to validate the bond strength analysis method and the effects of bong strength caused by steel ratio, concrete strength levels and microscopic deviation are discussed. All these may contribute to the further analysis of performance of bond relation between tube and centrifuge concrete in CCFT structures.
