| 摘 要： | 分析了城乡和区域统筹背景下基础设施建设存在的问题:传统的基础设施建设注重各行政界限内部小范围的系统性,忽视大区域的协调统筹;注重城市基础设施的配置,忽视乡村基础设施的建设.从规划的角度剖析造成这些问题的原因.就如何实现基础设施建设的区域和城乡统筹,提出相关的措施和建议.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the current problems which are met through the process of implementing the concordance of the region and concordance between city and country,this paper points out that traditional infrastructure construction makes a point of only small area in an administration boundary,but neglecting the coordination of big district;makes a point of urban infrastructure construction,but neglecting the countryside.And the reasons are studied from the scope of planning.At last,some ways to solve these problems and to realize the concordance are put forward. |
