钢筋锈蚀对钢筋混凝土短梁力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过对10根模型短梁的电化学加速锈蚀试验和对锈蚀后梁的加载试验,研究了钢筋锈蚀对钢筋混凝土短梁的力学性能的影响。结果表明:钢筋锈蚀对于短梁的破坏形式和抗弯抗剪承载力能力并无明显影响;严重的钢筋锈蚀对梁的刚度有明显的影响;钢筋对弯曲裂缝开展的抑制作用随着锈蚀程度的加深而降低。

Abstract:To study the mechanical property of the short reinforced concrete beam, 10 beams are subjected to an accelerated galvanic corrosion process and these corroded beams are loaded to failure. The test results indicate that the corrosion of reinforcing bar has no evident influence on shear capacity of short beam, severe corrosion of reinforcing bar has evident influence on the stiffness of the beam, the inhibited effect of reinforcing bar to the expansion of bending crack decreases with the increment of the corrosion.
