| 摘 要： | 分别用流水进度计划中横道图的方法与网络计划中双代号网络图的 方法安排分段施工的进度计划，得出不同的计算工期，揭示出流水进度计划和网络计划安排进度计划的实质差异，然后提出流水网络计划使得流水进度计划与网络计划达到统一。

| Abstract: | According to a bar chart and activity-on-arrow network in different building parts construction, the different calculated project durations between flow process plan and network plan are introduced and their differences are presented in essence. The flow process network shows that flow process plan corresponds with network plan. |
