摘    要:在三维动态有限元分析的基础上,对层合板的低速冲击损伤进行数值模拟,研究其在受载过程中的应力状态,并用Chang-Chang面内失效准则和分层判据进行损伤分析.对损伤的单元进行相应的刚度退化和分层形状、面积的模拟计算.通过具体算例以及与文献中的结果相比较.验证了模型的可靠性和方法的有效性,并对比了纤维增强金属层合板(FRMLs)与传统纤维增强复合材料层合板(FRP)的冲击损伤面积.说明FRMLs具有较好的抗冲击性能。

Abstract:Fiber Reinforced Metal Laminates(FRMLs) possess reduced density and better fat igue resistance as compared with metal materials. On the other hand, FRMLs are s uperior to non-metal composites in machinability and anti-impact properties. O n the base of three-dimension dynamic finite element method, a numerical analys is of damage in FRMLs under low velocity impact is performed. The in-plane fail ure criterion and the delamination criterion proposed by Chang-Chang and Choi- Chang are utilized in the analysis. The shape and size of delamination are simul ated under different impact velocities. The analytical results agree with the ex perimental observations in the literature. It is shown that there exists an ener gy threshold of impact. Delamination can only take place when the impact energy is greater than the threshold. It is also shown that the anti-impact property o f FRMLs is much better than that of FRP.
