| 摘 要： | 从城市交通规划发展历程入手，明确了传统城市交通规划的主要缺陷。在可持续发展理论的基础上，提出城市交通可持续发展规划的概念，设计了以满足交通需求、优化资源利用及改善环境质量为目标的城市交通可持续发展规划理论体系框架．对理论体系中各模块的功能进行设计，研究城市交通可持续发展规划的层次。

Urban Transportation System Sustained Development Planning Based on Urban Transportation System Planning History |

| Abstract: | The history of urban transportation planning development and the traditional shortcomings of planning are analyzed. On the basis of sustained development theory, the principles of urban transportation system sustained development planning are proposed and a theoretical system of urban transportation planning which should satisfy demand, optimium resources utilization and improvement of environment quality is designed. The function of each individual module in the system is designed. The arrangement of sustained development planning has also been mentioned. |
