摘    要:从工程应用角度出发,针对现有微机防误闭锁系统在使用中存在的缺陷,提出了基于IEC61850标准微机防误操作系统的网络化解决方案.给出了IEC61850通信框架下,由站控层、间隔层和网络传输层组成的变电站防误闭锁系统的网络架构和实现思路,重点闸述了基于GOOSE机制的防误闭锁方案.

Abstract:From the engineering point of view,this paper proposes some solutions of the networked computer anti-maloperation atresia based on IEC61850 standard for the defects of the computer anti-maloperation.Under the framework of IEC61850,this paper introduces the network architecture and implement of the substation anti-maloperation atresia system which composed of the station controlled layer,the spacing layer and the network transport layer,and it describes concentratedly the anti-maloperation atresia program based on GOOSE.
