| 摘 要： | 染色体自动分析是细胞遗传学研究工作中急需解决的问题，要实现染色体的自动分析，主要是依据染色体的着丝点位置、周长、面积和带型等特征，着重介绍怎样利用图像处理技术来提取染色体的这些特征，并利用这些特征实现染色体的自动分类，最后得到核型图。

| Abstract: | Every operator of cytogenetics is earnestly long for the automatic analysis of chromosome.we often realize it by following characters:the location of centromere,girth,area,kind of cinture.This paper introduce how to use the technology of image manipulation to distill theses characters,then we can use them to turn the automatic class of chromosome into reality and then to get image of nucleus. |
