斜盘压缩机两级压缩与单级压缩综合性能比较

摘    要:讨论了大型压缩机中广泛应用的分级压缩在小型斜盘压缩机中的应用,采用MATLAB程序得出活塞受力规律,计算一个热力循环过程中的压-焙值变化大小,从动力性能、制冷功率消耗等方面对斜盘压缩机两级压缩与单级压缩进行比较,得出两级压缩比单级压缩受力更小、节省功耗,从而得出两级压缩具有更好的综合性能的结论.

Abstract:The split compression is widely applied in the large compressor. In this paper, this application applied in the swash - plate compressor is discussed. The MATLAB program is used to calculate the piston loading, from the pressure - enthalpy chart of one thermal circuit. The work consumption can be figured out. Compared two -stage compression with single -stage compression on the terms of piston loadings and refrigeration work consumption, it is concluded that the two - stage compression has the features of lighter loadings and smaller work consumption, and the two- stage compression is more advantageous on the comprehensive performance.
