雷达兵分队管理课程思政建设探析

为深入推进雷达兵分队管理课程的思政建设,对照军队院校思政教育教学目标与新时代强军要求,以找准思政元素为切入点,融合课程知识体系与思政元素,重点围绕课堂教学这一主线探索了课程思政建设的有效路径,从点、线、面的有机统一辐射探索课程思政建设实施方法,从而实现学理性与政治性统一、显性育人与隐性树德统一、基础性与系统性统一的建设目标,推进课程知识传授、能力培养、素质塑造的育人效能.教学实践表明,学员和上/听课教员对雷达兵分队管理课程思政的充分肯定度分别达到75.9％和66.7％.

Probe into ideological and political construction of radar detachment management course

In order to further promote the ideological and political construction of the radar detachment management course,this article accords to the teaching objectives of ideological and political education in military academies and the requirements of strengthening the army in the new era,and centers on the main line of classroom teaching to explore the effective path of construction of the courses with ideological-political elements by taking identifying the ideological and political elements as the entry point and integrating course knowledge system and ideological-political elements.And then,from the aspect of organic unity of points,lines and surfaces,the article makes an all-round exploration on the implementation method of construction of course with ideological-political elements,so as to achieve the construction goals including the unity of academic theory and political demand,the unity of explicit education and recessive morality cultivation,the unity of fundamentals and systematicness,and to promote the educational effectiveness of course knowledge teaching,ability training and personality molding.The teaching practice shows that the full affirmation of cadets and the instructors including the visiting-class instructors to the ideological and political education of radar detachment management course reaches 75.9%and 66.7%,respectively.
