厢式压滤机污泥脱水系统的优化控制

摘    要:厢式压滤机内泥饼的含水率难以在线监测,因而厢式压滤机系统的自动停机控制一般根据经验来设定。以系统压滤出水速率作为在线监控的指标,在对现场数据监测的基础上,设计研发了厢式压滤机优化自动控制系统。实践表明,优化后的控制系统在保证泥饼干度的基础上,可实现系统的自动运行,并节省了15%以上的压缩空气量。研究结果对于厢式压滤脱水系统自动控制的设计具有参考意义。

Abstract:It is difficult to detect cake moisture content on-line in plate-and-frame filter press (PFP), so the automatic shutdown control of a plate-and-frame filter press system is generally designed and operated by experience. The rate of exhaust water was chosen as an on-line monitoring indicator to design an automatic control system for a PFP on the basis of on-site monitoring data. It is shown that the new-built system operates automatically and can save more than 15%of the compressed air volume, which indicates that the automatic control system contributes to a better dewatering system.
