摘    要:报道了一种纳米氧化亚铜的绿色合成方法。该方法采用Cu(OH)4^2-作为前驱体,葡萄糖作为还原剂;在未采用任何分散剂时,超声场下制备的粒子呈球形,直径分布在1~1.5μm;在采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂时,氧化亚铜的粒径在50nm左右。与一般的合成方法相比,超声场下制备氧化亚铜的反应较快,在室温下即可完成。值得一提的是,该方法采用的还原剂为天然还原剂,分散剂也是环境友好材料,该过程反应接近完全,废液中残留的铜离子的含量低于0.5mg/L,对废液中和后,即可达到了废水的直接排放标准。

Abstract:A green environmental friendly process for preparing cuprous oxide nanoparticles was reported.In this process,cuprous oxide was prepared using Cu(OH)_4~(2-) as precursor and glucose as reducing agency in the present of dispersant under ultrasonic radiation. Spherical,well-dispersed Cu20 nanoparticles were obtained with the average size of 50 nm or 1.5 inn,respectively,with or without PVP-K30 as surfactants.In the process,the sonochemical method comparing to the other methods which have been used,is very fast and it does not need high temperature during the reaction,and it is noticeable that the reducing agency is natural product,and the reaction is nearly completely with less than 0.5 mg/L Cu~(2 ) lett in the waste water under ultrasonic radiation,up to the discharge standard of wastewater.
