摘    要:碳酸钙作为一种工业上来源众多、用途广泛的无机材料,其纳米级的尺寸更扩展了它的应用潜力。综述了不同制备工艺对碳酸钙形貌、尺寸造成的影响,以及晶型控制剂在制备特殊形貌碳酸钙时的作用。单一的添加剂较难得到均匀、特定形貌的产品,探究复合添加剂的使用具有广阔的发展前景。在碳酸钙制备方法的基础上,阐述了表面改性方法和原理,同时对表面改性剂进行了分类,进一步探究纳米级碳酸钙在提高塑料制品的力学、热学性能方面的作用。指出了单一改性剂存在的问题,并对复配改性剂对塑料改性的影响进行了展望。

Abstract:As an inorganic material with many sources and wide applications in industry, the nano size of calcium carbonate expands its application potential. The influence of different preparation processes on the morphology and size of calcium carbonate, and the role of crystal control agent in the preparation of calcium carbonate with special morphology were reviewed. It is difficult to obtain uniform and specific morphology products with single additive. It has broad development prospects to explore the development of composite additives. Based on the preparation methods of calcium carbonate, the surface modification methods and principles were described, and the surface modifiers were classified to further explore the role of nano-calcium carbonate in improving the mechanical and thermal properties of plastic products. The existing problems of single modifier were pointed out, and the influence of compound modifier on plastic modification was prospected.
