| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了智能制造发展现状以及国内外针对智能制造能力评价的相关研究,同时介绍了智能制造能力成熟度模型在相关行业应用研究情况.分析了我国智能制造能力成熟度模型的优缺点,并结合精益智能制造理论提出了一种三阶智能制造能力成熟度模型,便于从不同阶段、维度对企业进行等级评定.

| Abstract: | The development status of intelligent manufacturing and the relevant research on the evaluation of intelligent manufacturing
capability at home and abroad are mainly introduced. Meanwhile, the application of the mature model of intelligent manufacturing
ability is introduced in the relevant industries. The advantages and disadvantages of the maturity model of intelligent manufacturing
ability in China are analyzed, and the maturity model of third-order intelligent manufacturing ability is put forward according to lean manufacturing theory, so as to make it easy to grade enterprises from different stages and dimensions. |
