摘    要:以插层状四氧化三铁为催化剂在1073K下催化裂解合成了多壁纳米碳管,比较了苯、N,N′-二甲基乙二胺和乙二胺为碳源合成碳管的形貌和结构特性、氮碳比及产率。实验表明:两种含胺碳源均能催化合成出“竹节状”结构的碳纳米管;随着氮碳比的增加,碳管的管壁变得粗糙,管身变得更加弯曲,竹节的规整性下降,密度增加,碳管产率增加。进而从催化机理和含氮竹节状碳纳米管的生成机理上解释了产生这种现象的原因。

Abstract:Taking intercalation-like Fe304 architecture as catalysts, carbon nanotubes were synthesized using benzene, N, N'-Dimethyl- 1,2-ethanediamine and ethylene diamine as carbon sources by chemical vapor disposition at 1 073 K. The effects of different carbon sources on microstructures, ratio of nitrogen to carbon and yield were studied. The results illustrate the carbon nanotubes are bamboo- shaped by taking organic amine as precursors. Furthermore, more defects, more curved, and shorter bamboo-shape structure, higher yield are observed with the increase of nitrogen content in carbon nanotubes, and the reason of which has been explained from catalysis growth mechanism is given.
