Co掺杂ZnO纳米结构材料的水热制备及性能研究

摘    要:以乙酸锌为原料、乙酸钴为掺杂剂,采用水热法制备得到了Co掺杂氧化锌纳米结构材料,并通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(DRS)等测试手段对所得产物的性能进行了研究。XRD的分析结果表明Co的掺杂并未改变氧化锌本体的晶型结构;SEM照片显示了Co的不同掺杂量对样品形貌有较大影响;DRS结果说明Co的引入有助于提高可见光区的吸收强度,并可使得其带隙宽度E_g在3.25~2.85 eV之间进行调节。

Abstract:Pure and Co-doped ZnO nanostructures have been synthesized by a hydrothermal process.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scan electron microscope(SEM),UV-Vis diffusion reflectance spectra(DRS) and X-ray energy dispersion spectroscopy(EDS).The structure and morphology analyses show that Co doping can influence the nanostructures morphology,but cannot change the crystal structures of ZnO samples.The DRS spectra showed that Co dopant enhanced the ability of visible light absorption of the ZnO samples and the band gap energies can be tuned from 3.25 eV to 2.85 eV.
