| 摘 要： | 电子废弃物的资源化处理已经成为近年来人们关注的焦点，而如何正确地处理电子废弃物已成为全球环境保护中的一项重要组成部分。介绍了近年来国内外对于电子废弃物的传统处理技术和新型处理技术，着重介绍了欧盟以及各个国家（包括我国）在处理电子废弃物方面所制定的相关条例；最后对国内怎样处理电子废弃物提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment （WEEE） has recently become the focus in the field of environmental protection. The traditional processing technologies and new processing technologies of WEEE were introduced, and the legislations for the management of WEEE made in EU, China and other organizations were discussed. Measures to solve the present problems in China were put forward. |
