| 摘 要： | 采用ＰＬＣ可编程控制器和变频调速器实现喂线过程的自动检测和控制，研制了铸造喂线自动控制系统，现场运行表明：系统可靠，操作方便，保证了精度。

| Abstract: | The wire-feeding automatic control system for casting is developed.The PLC and frequency converter are adopted to execute automatic gauging and controling of wire-feeding process.The practical performance shows that this system is reliable and can be operated conveniently and ensure the precision. |
