摘    要:焊缝自动跟踪技术的研究对保证焊接效率和质量具有重要意义,本文建立了基于CCD视觉传感器和可编程控制器(PLC)焊缝自动跟踪执行系统,根据焊缝跟踪系统的实现功能设计了执行机械装置,根据控制点数要求设计了PLC控制电路和与横纵向电机的接口电路,并介绍了PLC与上位机的通讯程序,采用适当的PID参数,最终满足了焊缝自动跟踪的要求.

Realization of Welding Seam Auto-tracking Executive System Base on PLC and Visual Sensor

Abstract:Investigation on seam auto-tracking is very significant to improve the welding quality and efficiency. In this study, welding seam automatic tracking executive system is developed based on CCD visual sensor and programmable logical controller (PLC). Executive mechanism of auto-tracking system is developed according to the function of realization. Moreover the electric circuit of PLC and longitudinal and transverse motors are designed also. This paper introduces the communicate programs between PLC and the upper computer. This system adopts proper PID parameters and meets the demand of welding seam auto - tracking.
