摘    要:高速切削过程中振动造成的不稳定切削严重影响工件的加工质量,因此切削振动已成为金属切削加工领域一个重要研究课题.针对钛合金插铣过程中的振动位移问题,依据有阻尼系统的振动理论,采用四阶龙格-库塔数值解法,建立了插铣过程中三自由度弹性阻尼系统的振动时域模型,并且基于Matlab对时域模型进行了仿真,得到刀具位移随时间变化的曲...

Abstract:The instability caused by vibration during high-speed cutting has seriously affected the quality of workpieces.Therefore,cutting vibration has become an important subject in metal cutting.According to the vibration displacement problem in plunge milling titanium alloy,based on the theory of damping system,we adopt the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method to study the time domain model of elastic damping system with three dimension of freedom,and using Matlab numerical simulation to obtain the curve of displacement change with time,providing a theoretical basis for improving the vibration model of plunge milling titanium alloy.
