ZK60镁合金棒材挤压过程有限元分析

摘    要:采用刚粘塑性有限元理论,分别用2mm/s、3mm/s、4mm/s、5mm/s的挤压速度,对ZK60镁合金棒材的挤压过程进行了数值模拟,观察棒材挤压过程中金属流动情况,并分析了挤压变形时工件内部的温度变化情况,以及应力、应变分布规律.以模拟出的挤压件流出模孔时等效应力应变的分布规律,确定该棒材挤压的最佳工艺参数.

Abstract:In this research we simulated ZK60 magnesium alloy bar in which the diameter is 45 mm with rigid viscoplastic finite element theol7. The extrusion velocity is respectively 2 mm/s ,3 mm/s ,4 mm/s ,5 mm/s in extrusion process. Then the process of metal flow in extrusion forming was observed and the variation of temperature ,the distribution of effective stress field and effective strain field in inner workpiece was obtained during the deformation course. At last we determined the best extrusion technical parameters of the bar through the distribution of effective stress and effective strain at the die bearing during the extrusion forming .
