热塑性弹性体增韧聚丙烯的研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯为基础树脂,以聚烯烃弹性体POE及共混型热塑性弹性体为PP的增韧剂,利用流变仪、差示扫描量热仪等手段及熔融指数、力学性能测试,比较研究了PP/POE及PP/TPV共混物的加工性、结晶性、流动性及力学性能.结果表明,POE作为增韧剂在加工性、增韧效果等方面更具优势,尤其在抗冲击强度方面效果更好。

Abstract:PP was used as basic resin, the polyolefin elastomer (POE, ethylene -octene of polymer) and TPV were used as the impact modifier for PP as basic resin in this paper. The processability , crystallizing behavior and mechanical properties of PP/POE and PP/EPDM blends were analyzed comparitively by Torque Rheometer, melt flowing rate and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and their mechanical properties were tested . The results showed that POE was superior to EPDM on processability and toughening effect.
