基于灰色聚类方法的城市公交发展水平综合评价

针对城市公共交通发展水平的评价难以做到客观、全面、准确的问题，运用AHP法和灰色聚类分析法，构建了城市公共交通发展水平评价的递阶层次结构，建立了综合评价数学模型，将评价合理量化．通过对青岛市公共交通发展水平进行实例分析表明，该评价法评价结果与实际相符合，且具有良好的实用性．

On the Comprehensive Evaluation of Urban Public Transport Based on Gray Clustering Method

Aiming at the problems on evaluation of urban public transport which is difficult to resolve with an objective, comprehensive and precise way, the paper builds up a multi -layer structure using the AHP method. A comprehensive evaluation model for urban public transport development level has been established by means of gray clustering analysis method. And the evaluation is quantified reasonably. Using the gray clustering analysis method, the paper evaluates the development level of Qing -Dao city public transport. The case illustrates that evaluating result suits the fact and the gray clustering analysis method has good practicality.
