基于边缘检测的焊缝图像的区域分割

摘    要:为了检测焊缝图像中焊缝区的缺陷,根据射线检测焊缝图像的特点,首先对图像进行对比度增强、二值化处理和物体边缘轮廓的细化和收缩处理,检测出图像焊缝区与缺陷区的边缘.最后用Hough变换对图像进行缺陷区边缘检测.仿真与实际运行结果表明,该方法检测精确度高,且有效提高了检测速度.

Abstract:In order to detect the flaw of welding seam area,according to the characteristics of welding seam image,First,handing welding seam image by contrast gradient enhancement,binary processing,thinning and contraction processing of the edge of the object,welding seam area and flaw area are found out.Finally,Hough transform of image defect detection was used.Simulating and practical application results show that the detection precision of the method is higher and recedes calculation time.
