摘 要: | 在制定数控机床加工工件的工艺路线时,如果仅局限于工件本身,制定出的走刀路线可能并非最短,并有可能造成编程麻烦,本文介绍了如何从数控机床实际具有G00路径、数控系统实际采用的插朴方法以及工件本身的几何形状特点三方面着手,综合分析制定实际最短走刀路线,以充分发挥数控机床的技术经济效益.

Abstract: | In the process of drawing up the technology route of numerical- controlled machine toolsin processing parts,if limited to the Parts themselves,the feed route drawn up may not bethe shortest and it is possible that difficulties may arise in programming. This article introduces how to analyse comprehensively and draw up the shortest feed route from the G00 pathof the numerical-controlled machine tools,the interpolation method of the computer numerical systerm and the shapes of the parts. By doing so, it can give full play to technical and economical benefit. |
