摘    要:为使黄河堤防在硬化后能更好地满足防汛抢险车辆通行的需要 ,根据黄河堤防道路的现状和特殊的运用条件 ,针对堤防道路路线小转弯半径、路面结构及排水等问题提出了切合实际的设计方案 .

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of vehicles used for the flood controlling. According to the present states and the special using conditions of the embankments of the Yellow River, the paper aims at such questions as small turning radius, the structure of the road surface and the drainage system etc. and gives out practical designing plans.
