| 摘 要： | 黄河水环境地理信息系统 (简称HPGIS)是数字黄河的一个组成部分 .介绍了HPGIS研制开发的背景、目标和主要功能 .在此基础上 ,详细论述了HPGIS的构建平台、总体设计、主要的体系结构、系统内各子模块的交互关系、与“黄河水环境信息系统”以及数据库的接口关系等 .HPGIS采用了目前地理信息系统研制的一些最新技术 ,如WEBGIS技术、三维仿真技术 ,以及先进的统计分析和数据库技术

| Abstract: | Yellow River Water Environment Geographic Information System (HPGIS) is the part of the Digital Yellow River.First,the back-ground,purpose and the main functions of the HPGIS are introduced and, then, the software development, high level designing, the structure of the HPGIS application, the relationship between the subsystems, and the interface of the Yellow River Water Management Information System (HPMIS) are described in detail.Many new GIS technologies are used in the system,such as internet geographic information system (WEBGIS) technology, virtual reality (VR) technology, and advanced analysis technology. |
