大型灌区地下水资源承载力评价指标体系及评价方法研究

摘    要:从地下水资源系统功能角度出发,探讨了大型灌区地下水资源承载力的特征与内涵,提出了灌区地下水资源承载力概念框架,并建立了大型灌区地下水资源承载力的综合评价指标体系.运用模糊数学、层次分析的有关理论,建立了层次模糊综合评价模型来评价大型灌区地下水资源的承载力.并以人民胜利渠灌区为典型灌区,对地下水资源承载力进行了评价,评价结果可为灌区的可持续发展提供理论参考.

Abstract:Based on the function of groundwater system,the characteristics and meanings of the large-scale groundwater resources′ carrying capacity is discussed,and a skeleton concept and integrated indicator system are put forwarded.By the application of fuzzy mathematical theory and hierarchy analytic process,the large-scale groundwater resources carrying capacity for irrigation areas is evaluated.Taking the People′s Victory Canal as an example,the groundwater resources carrying capacity of the irrigation areas is evaluated.This evaluation result can offer a valuable reference for sustainable development of irrigation areas.
