钢纤维自应力混凝土自应力的长期稳定性研究

摘    要:基于9 a的自应力混凝土长期变形试验,分别研究了自应力混凝土在钢筋和钢纤维限制条件下自应力值的稳定性.试验结果表明,自应力混凝土2.5 a的自应力损失仅为0.6~1.2 MPa,并且具有二次膨胀的特性.同时根据已有理论模型,建立了自应力混凝土的自应力损失的计算公式,与实测值吻合较好.

Abstract:Based on the 9-year-experiment of steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete,the long-term stability of self-stress caused by steel bars and steel fibers was investigated.The test results obviously indicated that the losses of self-stress were only 0.6~1.2 MPa during 2.5 years.Meanwhile the matrix of steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete could expand again when the outside conditions permitted.Finally,according to the existing theoretical models,a procedure how to determine the losses of self-stress created by steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete was supplied,and the calculated result was identical with the measured value.
