| 摘 要： | 土地登记系统不同于一般的办公自动化系统,不但要操作文本数据,而且要管理空间图形数据,属于图文办公信息系统.通过分析土地登记的特点,进行了土地登记系统的设计,将MIS技术和GIS技术有效集成实现了图文管理一体化,很好地满足了土地管理中土地登记业务的要求.

| Abstract: | Land register information system（LRIS）,which is different to office automation system,is a kind of office GIS.That is,it deals with not only textual data,but also spatial and graphical data.Traditional software designing methods in MIS are difficult to satisfy the need of LRIS.Through analyzing the characteristics in land register,and realizing the integration of map and document based on the integration of MIS and GIS techniques,the LRIS is designed.It well meets the requirements of land registration services in the land management. |
