活性碳纤维处理苯酚废水的实验研究

摘    要:针对含酚废水研究了利用活性炭纤维处理苯酚模拟废水的静态吸附的最佳工艺条件,测定了不同温度下的吸附等温线.结果表明,活性炭纤维吸附苯酚能快速达到平衡,具有良好的吸附性能.室温时,在酸性或中性条件下,向100mL浓度为282mg/L的苯酚模拟废水投加活性炭纤维0.5g,恒温振荡30min,苯酚吸附率可达91%;饱和吸附时苯酚吸附率达到99%.

Abstract:The simulated waste water containing phenol is dealt with by the activated carbon fibre(abbriviated for ACF).The adsorption isotherms are given at different temperatures.The influences of ACF dosage,adsorption time and pH value on adsorption efficiency are studied.The result indicates that the adsorpton efficiency is 91% when 0.5 g ACF is soaked in the simulated waste water shaking for 30 min at room temperature.The saturation adsorption efficiency reaches 99% in the same conditions.
