| 摘 要： | 在分析房地产投资风险影响因素的基础上,提出了房地投资风险综合评价指标体系,将层次分析和模糊综合评价2种系统分析方法相结合对投资项目的风险进行了综合评价,为房地产开发企业的科学决策提供了依据.

| Abstract: | By analying factor of the risk of real estate investment,a comprehensive evaluation guideline system is proposed.The analytic hierarchy process method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to evaluate the risk of real estate investment.The result of the comprehensive evaluation will provide an effective method for real estate enterprises. |
