建筑企业素质及综合评价模型研究

本文用系统的观点，分析了建筑企业素质的结构理论并建立了建筑企业素质结构系统、能力系统和评价指标系统。用层次分析法和多级模糊综合评判数学模型对指标进行模糊处理、加权、评判、并进行了程序实现，把综合后的评判结果用比较法和矩阵图进行分析评价，找出企业的素质类型，提出改善的战略和策略。

Quality of Building Enterprises and the Comprehensive Evaluation Models

In systematic views,this paper all--sidely analyses the structural theory of the quality ofbuilding enterprises and establishes a comprehensively integrated system of the quality of building enterprises,a system of capacity and a comprehensive system of evaluation index. By meansof stratification analysis and multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematic models,theindex is dealt with fuzzy theory,weighting and judging and is programmed on computer then,the outcome of the summarized evaluation is analysed and evaluated with both comparative andmatrix methods, finally, the types of enterprises quality are classified; at the same time, thestrategy and tactics for improvement are proposed.
