地下铲运机工作装置铰接点位置的优化设计

摘    要:为解决地下铲运机工作装置传统设计中铰接点位置无法求取最优解的问题,提出了基于动力学仿真软件ADAMS的最优解求取方法.该方法通过选取目标函数和约束条件,利用计算机强大的数据处理能力进行高速寻优计算,进而求得铰接点的位置坐标的最优解.优化后工作装置的主要性能得到了明显提高.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the optimal solution of hinged point location can not be obtained in the traditional design of LHD working device, a method to calculate the optimal solution based on the dynamics simulation software ADAMS was put forward. By choosing objective function and constraint conditions, the optimal solution of hinged point coordinates was calculated by means of high-speed optimization calculation of computer. The main performance of the work device was improved obviously after the optimiza-tion.
