江西省重点中型灌区存在的问题与规划对策

摘    要:江西省重点中型灌区在保障用水、生态环境安全和农业可持续发展方面具有重要作用,针对该省重点中型灌区目前存在的主要问题,提出了灌区规划项目,包括支渠沟疏浚开挖及衬砌防渗,干支渠沟建筑物改造及配套,水渠及渠首工程改造与加固,量水及管护设施建设,田间工程建设等.该项目实施后可改善农业生产条件,增加主要农产品生产能力,改善生态环境.对实施该项目的近期34座和远期56座重点中型中型灌区进行了模拟评价后,认为该项目是合理的,适宜推广.最后对灌区管理提出了一些建议.

Abstract:Jiangxi provincial major middle irrigation areas is important at ensuring the safety of grain,drinking water and ecological environment of our country,and these irrigation areas is also important at agriculture sustainable development.For the present problems existing in Jiangxi provincial major middle irrigation areas,a scheme of irrigation areas planning was put out,this project included dredging and excavating branch ditches,controlling lining seepage,remaking and making accessory building on the main and branch canals,remaking and reinforcing the canals and the head canals,building the facilities measuring water and safeguarding water pipe net,building field engineering,and so on.After the scheme was applied to the irrigation areas,the production capacity of main agricultural products was raised,ecological environment of irrigation areas was improved.After simulating and evaluating near-term 34 and far-term 56 major middle irrigation areas using this scheme,the results show that this scheme is rational,and could be popularized.In the end,some suggests is raised for irrigation areas management.
