基于粗糙集和决策熵的水利工程监理投标风险分析

摘    要:将粗糙集中的属性约简与关于知识的决策熵结合起来,建立了基于粗糙集和决策熵的投标风险分析评价模型.以水利工程监理投标为研究对象,选取了在同一地区16次投标的17项风险因素作为研究样本,验证了模型在水利工程监理投标风险因素分析应用中的实用价值,为企业投标风险评价理论研究和实践提供了有益的借鉴.

Abstract:The paper builds a risk analysis mode of bidding based on the rough set and decision entropy,by combining the attribute reduction of rough set and decision information entropy of knowledge.The bidding for water conservancy engineering supervision is here set as the object of study,which selects seventeen risk factors as research samples among sixteen bids in the same area.It is verified that the model is of practical value in the risk analysis of bidding for water conservancy engineering supervision,which can provide useful references for the theoretical research and practice in risk analysis of bidding.
