| 摘 要： | 以郑州市BRT系统为研究对象,通过对BRT的线网运营状态、服务设施及乘客满意度等的调查,获得了BRT运行服务水平的重要信息与指标:速度指标凸显了BRT的运营优势;服务设施配置及乘客满意度调查结果反映出BRT对客流的吸引水平.同时,指出了目前郑州BRT运营中存在的问题,并提出了完善建议,可为快速公交系统的设计及运营组织提供参考.

| Abstract: | Taking Bus Rapid Transit(BRT) system of Zhengzhou city as a research object,important information and indicators about BRT operating service level were obtained through investigations on operation state of route network,service facilities and passenger satisfaction etc.,which the velocity indicated clearly BRT advantages,and investigation results of service facilities and passenger satisfaction showed the level of passenger flow attracted by BRT.The existing problems were point out,and some reasonable suggestions on BRT were brought forward to provide references for the design and operation of BRT system. |
