| 摘 要： | 节水型社会建设评价对区域可持续发展起到重要的支撑作用.结合典型城市的特点,从综合考核指标、各产业及居民生活用水指标、水生态与环境目标3个方面建立了包括18项指标在内的典型城市节水型社会建设评价体系.基于集对分析原理,构建了典型城市节水型社会建设规划评价模型.结果表明:在各项措施保障实施的情况下,该市2010年将初步建立节水型社会,2015年基本建成节水型社会,2020年将全面建成与小康社会相适应的节水型社会.
