摘    要:探讨了二次热压变形对用粉末冶金法制造的Al_2O_3颗粒增强纯铝基复合材料组织及性能的影响。结果表明,二次热压变形改善了颗粒分布的均匀性,热压使硬度升高;对强度和塑性的影响与颗粒含量有关;当Al_2O_3颗粒含量小于20%时,热压使强度升高,塑性下降;颗粒超过20%,则强度下降,塑性变化不大。热压后的拉伸断口为韧窝与准解理混合断裂。

Abstract:After Al_2O_3 particle-strengthened pure aluminum base compound is two-fold hot pressed, its particle distribution, hardness, intensity and plasticity are studied. The result can be presented as follows: two-fold hot pressing improve the particle uniform distribu tion and strengthen the hardness. The effects on the intensity and plasticity are related the particles content. When Al_2O_3 particles content is less than 20 percent, hot pressing will strengthen the intensity and weaken the plasticity. On the other hand, when the content exceeds 20 percent, hot pressing will weaken the intensity and plasticity will remain the same. The cleavage fracture after hot pressing is ductile and quasicleavage fracture.
